Cade was born and raised in Vancouver and has been in love with his hometown ever since. Being born into a family of hard workers and innovators, Cade began working in construction with his father as a pre-teen. He was taught at a young age the importance of honest hard work and what it takes to construct a building properly.
After finishing in the top of his automotive class in high school, he was accepted into an exclusive trades program. He was given the opportunity to graduate early from high school and pursued auto-mechanics at Kwantlen Polytechnic University to fulfill his hobby of being a car enthusiast.
From a young age he would often find himself examining the MLS and watching the market trends, prepping for a career in real estate. During his apprenticeship, Cade was buying and flipping cars. He grew to love sales and working with friends and family to help them find the right vehicle for them. Merging his love of sales and helping others, Cade successfully has pursued his dream of becoming a Real Estate agent. Cade’s strongest skill set is his integrity, accountability and customer service. He is eager to use his skills in Real estate.
In Cade’s spare time, he is passionate about helping others and shows this by running marathons to raise funds for charities. Cade also organizes an annual Christmas drive to give back to the vulnerable youth and homelessness in his community. When Cade is not working on vehicles, he is trying to figure out the next best place to travel to with his girlfriend as they are avid explorers of our beautiful Province.
