Gurpinder was born and raised in Victoria. Before going into real estate he was an investment, business and estate expert at a credit union, where he helped clients with their mutual funds investments, businesses and families with their loved ones estates. After spending some years he decided it was time for him to take the next step in his career and decided to go into Real Estate, in order to better help people with the biggest investment of their lives, their home.
Gurpinder brings what he learned through his years at a credit union and utilizes it to help buyers and sellers alike. His goal is to do whatever is possible for his clients and is always there to help them through the process.
Growing up he played many different sports from baseball, soccer, track and field, almost any sport with a ball or running. He went on to play basketball and football at Mt. Douglas Secondary, then after graduating decided to pursue playing basketball at a prep school in North Carolina, then played a year of basketball at a college in Washington, after which he decided to come back home to Victoria. He decided to finish his Business Administration diploma at Camosun College. Then a few years later finished his Real Estate Education through the University of British Columbia before becoming a real estate agent.
As a result of many years of sports and lessons of perseverance, Gurpinder considers himself a very motivated, dedicated and competitive individual. With these attributes he aims to go beyond his clients expectations and do whatever he can for them.
Victoria has always been his home, so he wants to help those around him to achieve their aspirations, whether it is in Victoria or across Vancouver Island. He is here to help.
